Transaction not allowed, as Workflow Rule has failed in FBR Solved

Hi Friends a few days ago I try to file my tax return on FBR website and not successfully completed my task and get this notification "Transaction not allowed, as Workflow Rule has failed

 "  I Google this but not get the exact solution but now I find the solution of this error "The last few years normally salaried person fill two forms 114(1) and 116(2) but on 2019 the 116 form is also inside the 114 so you should only fill 114 form on the bottom of 114 form you can see and fill 116 form also so fill both form in 114 form .If you face any problem contact me or comment below.

    Aslam_O_Alaikum yes today is 10th September it's still showing transaction failed work flow rule has failed.

    Retired in August 2018 faced "work flow rule has failed" on making draft of wealth statement
    As suggested how can it be conceived if wealth statement is not required.

    facing problem with 162(2) wealth statement form. once we mention year and press ok, the following statement appears:
    "Transaction not allowed, as Workflow Rule has failed"

    please guide how to get access to this form

    Thanks alot and yes the wealth statement is given with in the 114(1) form from now on and filling in the 116(2) separably is giving the same aforesaid error "work flow rule has failed"

    i filed 2019 and 2019 but now i want to submit 2017,,, when i set the period 2017, then workflow massage displayed.... what i can do.... please help...

    Form 114a also contain 116 Wealth Statement. if you see left column on the bottom. So just fill 114a form and submit it.
